Special Needs Assistance

Audio Books- Reddick Library has a collection of current and popular fiction and non-fiction books which are available on audiocassette, CD, and Playaway. 

Large Print Books- A large variety of current and popular fiction and non-fiction books are available in the library's Large Print collection.

·         Other special devices available at the library include:

Aladdin-Ambassador Reader located in the Reading Room.

VoyagerXL Magnifier located in the Reading Room.

JAWS Software located on Database Computer #1.

Talking Book and Braille Center- The Illinois State Library funds this program to provide free library services to persons unable to read or use conventional print material due to a visual or physical handicap. Go to the Voices of Vision website to find more information.
