Leap Frogs is a story hour for children who have turned three years old. Younger siblings have the opportunity to attend Tiny Tadpoles during this time. Adults are encouraged to allow their child to participate in the activities with their peers and to not sit with a different group. One of our goals is to teach the children to be part of a classroom and prepare them for the transition to kindergarten; however, parents must remain in the building. Morning sessions begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Tiny Tadpoles are special storytimes for out tiniest patrons where a parent or caregiver is a part of the program. Penny Basenhard (Mrs. B), the facilitator, is a former Kindergarten and Preschool teacher.
Sessions begin promptly at 10:05 a.m. Sign up for either Tuesday or Wednesday programs.
Any age may attend, but programming is geared to children from 6 months to 6 years.
This program begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday evenings.

This Book Group meets the first Wednesday of every month at 7PM
in the Illinois Room. No registration is required.

This class meets in the Library Annex from 10:00 to Noon.

An after-school club for 4th through 6th graders, B-Tweens meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month from 3:30-5:00 pm. Past activities have included Guitar Hero competitions, shirt painting, origami, DDR, tie dyed shirts, and more! Your ideas are welcome! Some of the great new books for 4th through 6th graders will also be explored.
